I recently decided to kick my Vicodin addiction for good. What kind of withdrawls can I expect to endure?

I have been taking roughly 3-4 pills a day, more on the weekends for the past six months. On the days that I do not take them, I expeirence sweating, agitation, and stomach pains. Are there any over the counter meds that can help combat the withdrawls? What other withdrawl symptoms am I likely to have and for how long? Any advice would be welcome.

loss of appetite

irritability

panic

nausea

chills

sweating

If vicodin withdrawal does not take place under the supervision of professionals, chances of lasting recovery are very slim.
