stomach pain vegetables
Is a diet consisting of only fruit/vegetables/fish healthy?
I’ve had tons of random stomach sensitivities & pains over the last 3 years, and I can’t seem to cure the problem or tie it to particular foods. My newest effort involves 90 days of eating shakes with fruits & vegetables (bananas, apples, oranges, strawberries, spinach, etc.). For protein, I will only be eating fish. This diet excludes anything else…including alcohol, dairy, grains, peanuts, eggs, and all meat (except fish). …so…just fruit/vegetables/fish.
Is this a healthy diet?
1st question, have you been to the doctor yet????? This could be something serious. You need to go now if you haven’t already. And yes it’s healthy, but we all need whole grains and low fat dairy in our diet. So if you can use supplements to replace what you are not eating, that would be great. I live by Benefiber, too. You should try that to help regulate you. It’s great. No taste whatsoever. But go to the doctor right away!
