What is a good treatment for major headaches? ?

Some symptoms are vomiting and stomach pain besides the fact that your head hurts so bad u think it’s going to explode and u want to commit suicide!(i’m being very literal)

It sounds like you are having migraines. Your doctor can prescribe some good medicines specifically for migraines that get rid of them quickly without feeling drugged or hungover.

In the meantime, one thing that helped me better than anything over the counter is a combination of the following:( I always use generics ) 500 mg. tylenol 2 tablets, an adult aspirin OR an ibuprofen OR an aleve(naproxen), a Benadryl.

Do not mix aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen. They are too similar in nature. I prefer the naproxyn. These have an anti-inflammatory effect which seem to help in migraines, the tylenol boosts the pain relief, and the benedryl helps with the congestion that comes with the migraine and also seems to help the stomach stay calm.

As I said, this is the best combination for relief I have found over the counter, but I have gotten prescriptions for medication that I take when the migraine first starts and it is gone without the draggy feelings and the time it takes to get one stopped. I will say that the earlier in the migraine you take any medication the better your chances of getting faster relief.
