upper stomach pain vomiting
upper stomach pain at 12 weeks please read!!?
I am 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant, yesterday morning I got some pains just below my ribs, it felt like my stomach was tensing and pulling my chest and upper stomach. it is not unbearable but extremely uncomfortable. it went away all day yesterday but has come back tonight, I had it for about an hour earlier and it stopped but has come back again.
any one else experianced this?
what do you think it could be?

PS. there has been no spotting or blood, just the pain, although I have been vomiting tonight too, I dont think that is related tho…
Im around 10 weeks and ive been getting that pain as well i think its our insides stretching and ive noticed it more this past fortnight because im sick all the time.
As long as ive no spotting or bleeding im not worried.
