Stomach Pain, Slight Fever, and Slight Nausea?

I’ve had pain in my lower stomach and a fever for a few days now, and just today I started getting slight nausea; I mean, just a little bit nauseous, but not enough to throw up. I don’t have much of an appetite. I went to the doctor a few days ago, and she said it was probably just a virus: but I haven’t been anywhere to catch a virus (I broke my hip so I’ve been staying home)! It doesn’t hurt too much when I press down and let go on the lower right side, but it’s been hurting there without me pressing on it. (although the pain’s been coming and going, and sometimes moving around) Today, however, the pain’s been a little more constant, it hasn’t been coming and going as much. What could this be?

Thanks.
Thanks!
Yeah, it might be appendicitis…but the doctor I saw a few days ago checked me quickly and said it’s probably not that…and I did have a bowel movement yesterday, but the pain’s gotten worse since then, so I don’t think it’s that I’m constipated…

If you broke your hip recently and are therefore not moving around as much as you usually did before that, it is possible you are just constipated or even impacted.
