intense period cramps but no period – please help?

my period ended 5 days ago and just yesterday I started having these intense stomach cramps that start in my middle back and go shooting through my sides and then around to my lower stomach and just stay there feel crampy and bloated.
In missed my period in april and after 47 days i finally started with a light brown spotting for my may period that lasted 8 days then in june I had a 4 day light flow and July I had a 5 day medium to light flow. I took a pregnancy test back in april but it was negative. Now I have gained weight and have been having weird stomach movements and now this pain.
Please help

Please go to the doctor, or at the very least get a home pregnancy test.

You can still be pregnant and have what seem to be periods. It happens, so please get checked out.
