constant stomach pain cramps

What is causing this pain in my stomach?
Just about 30mins ago I started having constant pain in the right side of my lower stomach area. The pain feels like menstal cramps, and though I am on my period I think I am far past the point of cramps because tomorrow is my last day. I took 2 ibeprofean about 5 mins ago. Any idea what this pain could be?
I usually only expirience cramps the first 3 days. This is the 5th day and by this time I’m almost done and have no pain.
I get cramps everyday of my period and usually a day or two before and after.
