stomach pain blockage

Does constipation, and/or diaherra cause a person to have bad stomach pains?
like if there is a lot of blockage or something.
i know weird question.
but like does it make you have like cramp like feelings?
YES!!!
And if the blockage is not removed it may have to be fixed with surgery. Not cool. Google Impaction or Diverticulitis.
Cramps often accompany diarrhea. It comes from hyperactivity in the bowels.
