My dog isn’t eating and it’s stomach is growling constantly, what’s wrong?

Hi, my shih tzu hasn’t eaten all day and its stomach has been gurgling all day and she has been sitting around looking like she’s in pain. I asked her if she wanted to go for a walk earlier and she all of a sudden got excited and went for a walk but after that the same charade. Anyone else have a shih tzu and do you know what could be wrong? THanks.

Dear Friend, Please just call a vet for professional advice as your dog needs its nurishment to survive with out it you can loose your dog and I wouldn”t want that to happen . Good luck and I hope you make the wright decission and call a vet.Mine did this and the vet said it was a stomic virus and gave antibiotics and he got better.Dogs can catch bugs just like kids and us , did you know that? I didn”t know that untill the vet told me.Keep up the fluids and try some chicken broth ond or some pedalyte for children that also helps.
