i’ve had this niggling pain on the upper lefthand side of my stomach on the lower left rib?

i’ve had this pain about 3-4 years ago but even more so the past year. sometimes the pain goes to my back and up the shoulder blade. i’ve had an xray done and the doc told me it is constipation and trapped wind and gave me laxatives. the constipation is cured but the pain is still there. i am truly scared as i am thinking bowel/colon/liver cancer! scared to go to the doctor for more tests!

I had pain just below my lower right ribs it felt like a full feeling kind of lame feeling I thought I had a tumor because I had the same feeling in my back level with the pain in my lower ribs , I went to my chiropractor for some lower back issues and described to him the pain I was feeling and asked him to check for a tumor be cause he found a fatty tumor in my back years back witch he did and he said I was tumor free the pain was caused from nerves that run from chest to spine after 2 visits i started feeling less pain, 4 more visits and I have 0 pain and can hardly believe it, If my description is close to yours this might be a option for you as well my chiropractor has been in Business for 30 yrs so find a good one
