abdominal pain smelly urine

Low abdominal pain please help??
Been having low abdominal pain all week comes and goes like dull ache like period pain, also lower back ache as well. Had my period 2 weeks ago, and my urine is clear not cloudy or smelly. Any ideas what it could be? I am going to the doc tomorrow just wondered if anyone had any ideas in the meantime??
Kidney infection, cyst or stones. Drink lots of water. I had stones and my urine was clear no pain when passing either. Drank loads of water and dr gave me some painkillers and was good to go. Also i get pain when ovulating….Just some ideas. Good luck
