abdominal pain lower middle

HELP. I am in horrible pain! The pain is in my middle part of my lower back towards the right?
Plus I have pain in my lower right abdominal area. I had an MRI done last month and it showed several kidney stones in the kidneys but they have been in the same exact spot for 2 years, so what can this pain be from? A new kidney stone? An ovarian cyst? Please help, it is awful
Sounds like a kidney stone, maybe a new one…especially since you have a history of them! I would suggest getting to the Dr. asap!
