Can a 15 year old girl get ovarian cancer?

my girlfriend is 15 and has the following symptoms, eating and feeling full even after a couple hours, stomach pains, trouble breathing (parents smoke), bladder infection like symptoms (e.x. burning urine, having to go often) periods are random please help she is really scared and her parents dont believe her so they wont take her to the doctor
she gets bladder infections like 1-2 times a month, we haven’t had sex (both virgins)

In general and not specific to this case . . Yes it is possible for a 15 year old teen to have a germ cell ovarian cancer . . in fact this type of cancer is commonly found in this age group. Cancer is often age specific and germ cell tumors of the ovary in girls and testes in boys is considered common in this age group. In this specific case, however, no one can really tell what is happening with your girl friend . . it could be an infection or any multiple other things . . only a complete physical by a doctor can determine what is happening with your friend. She should confront her parents and explain that she is in pain and what is happening . . if they continue to ignore her medical needs than she can ask the school nurse to intervene so that she can get the medical attention she deserves.
