I have high ALP reading,a sore under my tongue and left abdominal pain,what is my problem?

I went to the doctor with abdominal pain,Doctor did xray,ultrasound and blood test.Apart from ALP high (160 U/L ) . ALT and GGT are normal. Anybody who had these symptoms and got some cure ,please help.Doctor don’t seem to know much.
Is there any chance I have an ulcer which blocks my bile duct in duodenum .I lost some weight recently ,about 10 Kg.No broken bones,Liver reading alright from xray and ultra sound.

The sore under your tongue might be a canker sore and unrelated to the other symptoms.

You could have an ulcer, but it could also be the beginning of gall bladder attacks.
