lower abdominal pains?

for the past 24 hours i’ve had dull abdominal pains. i first noticed when i tried sucking in and got a sharp pain. if i suck in or press on it then it becomes more of a sharp pain. or if i bend over more than 90 degrees it starts to hurt more. it also comes with waves us nausea whenever it’s a more sharp pain. earlier it was more on the left side but the last 30 minutes it’s moved more to the right. i’m not constipated.. for sure.. bowel movements are completely normal, i know it’s not ovulation. if there’s anything i need to answer will you please email me rather than just ask the question on here if you have any ideas on what it could be. if it’s still hurting in the morning i plan to go to a doctor.
i’ve also had a headache for about a week.
i’m 21 years old.. it’s not period pains.. i know by now what those feel like.
