Help My Baby Has Rash Everywhere?

My 1 year old son has a rash all over his stomach, chest, back, and Genital Area. They are red spots a bunch of them. He pooped twice today. One time it was kind of loose and orange, then the other time was yellow. He is normally brown. He is acting fine. he is laughing playing everything, but has this rash. He not itching or anything. He is acting perfectly normal. He was sick a couple days ago, and the mother gave him Infants Advil Concentrated Drops . Before that he had Equate Pain Relief Drops. Do these 2 medicines react to one another? I dont know if we should go to the hospital because he is in no pain, and acting normal, but these rashes are everywhere like a hundred of them. What do you think?
Ok, and also the side of his head behind his hair also he is breaking out. What should I do? Im not saying it had anything to do with the medicine, because he was sick a couple days ago and yesterday he was fine.

I would take him in so the pediatrician can look at the rash in person. It could be an allergic reaction, or it could be due to an illness. Best to let the doctor diagnose the rash.
