Queasy stomach, 30 weeks pregnant?

Since last Wednesday evening I’ve had a pain in my stomach that comes and goes. It’s almost like a sharp wind pain – makes me want to go to the toilet but then it goes away. My stomach is also making heaps of rumbling noises. Haven’t had any diarrhoea and it’s not agonising, just quite annoying when I bend over or am in certain positions. I wish I could say it’s just the baby getting bigger, but it feels more than that. Has anyone had this? If so, any remedies? Thanks ladies.

Hm, I’m 24 weeks, and what you’re describing sounds to me like when my baby moves suddenly. It kind of feels like I’m fixing to have really bad gas and then it stops, makes me a little nauseous occasionally, and my stomach makes ridiculous noises. So that’s what I think it is but i’m not you so i’m not actually feeling it.
