Liver Damage?

A week ago I had a persistant migrane headache and took the maximum reccomended dose of tylenol (with acetaminophen) daily for just a little less than a week, AND had to go to the orthodonist to fix my teeth and was prescribed medication that is supposed to be harmful to the liver. I have had abdominal pains prior to taking the tylenol/other meds, but now the pains in the upper right quadrant of my chest (right around the liver) seem to be more persistant. After the tylenol/meds.. a new problem has arisen.. now whenever I scractch myself anywhere on my chest, a red mark immediately appears and stays for a few minutes. My skin has become much more sensitive and itchy. I also get reccurent chest pains on the left side of the chest beneath the rib cage but they seem to be less frequent than the right side. I think that I may have worsened some possibly pre-existing liver complications by taking the acetaminophen. My question is…. How can I determine whether or not I have liver damage?

There is only one way to determine if you have liver damage and that is with a blood test or with a liver biopsy.
