Pain and itching in lower left quadrant of abdomen.?

Recently for the past week or 2 i’ve been having a off and on shocking pain in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. It also starts to itch sometimes. I’m due for my period in 2 days and I had sex on the 20th of November. No protection was used but my partner didn’t ejaculate. Last week i was getting cramps like i usually do before my period comes but then they just stopped and i haven’t gotten them since. I also have been feeling nauseated sometimes and my stomach seems to be a little bit weak and can’t handle some types of food so i end up vomiting. So i was wondering can i be pregnant or is it something else that is causing me to feel this pain in my abdomen and cause these symptoms. Please help. Thanks.

it could be pregnancy
but you wont really know until you miss your period and take a home pregnancy test.
