Suddenly peed red wit small clots of blood, then a gush of brown bits and clots, repeated 6/7 times.8hr tota?

I’m MtF transsexsual taking usual Premarin/Sprionalactone regime. Had dull pain in lower right groin for about six months. In late morning I excreted a largish stool that caused a tiny tear/spot of blood – nothing serious. At about 8pm I notice peeing is painful. At 11.30 I peed normal clear urine and went to bed. couldnt get comforable.. weird urge to excrete but on toilet nothing happened for 3/4 visits. At 11.50 I peed and saw bright pink pee and two half-inch blood clots. At 11.55 I peed red urine, lots of brown bits, more clots. At hospital I peed about 10 times with same but lessening mixture. at 5am doctor gave me full abdominal palpation and groin/anal area exam. said I semed to have hernia between scrotum and anus but trouble was probably uri infection. Gave me Trimethoprin. Symptoms subsided and by 10am I was again peeing clear and pains had gone. Whole episode lasted only 10 hours. What was it?
Related to being male bodied?
Or due to the sexchange hormones?
Brown bits?
