would they find anything else in my pee if their just looking for the answer to my stomach ache?

I have a stomach ache,
So I’m going to the doctors. If they’re going to check my pee for any kind of infection would they find out that I took pills (pain reliever) without going out of there way to do a drug test?

Sometimes doctors will run a drug panel with the other blood tests. I think you are shortchanging your body by not being upfront with your doctor. And pain relievers often cause a slow gut and pain in the stomach. So your pain relievers may be the source of your pain.

Your doctor is not a magician. If you are not 100 percent honest with him, he is likely to treat your for many different things before finding the real problem. And all because he doesn’t have all the info he needs to properly assess your condition.

And if you lie to him, and he finds out, he will never believe anything you say. And will never take you seriously again. He will also think you are lying because you are an addict. Because hiding that you took pain relievers is addict behavior.
