What it could it be…is it a peptic ulcer?

Since a 2 weeks my grandmother suffer from a strange pain above her stomach and she had a hard with breathing please any experience know this kind of syndromes
What it could it be…is it a peptic ulcer? and what best solution for this problem ..?

I think she really should be seen by a doctor.

It is very easy to confuse epigastric pain with chest pain and if she is breathless I think it would be a good idea to get her checked out.

An ulcer will cause pain, but not breathlessness. It could be mild congestive heart failure which would cause fluid retention in her lungs which would explain the breathlessness.

Don’t worry, it is easily sorted out with diuretic tablets.

I hope this helps. My intention is not to panic you but just to not let it go on when she could be getting relief from tablets.
