I have a really tender stomach and severe constant abdomen/lower back pain, Im 15 and female ..?

Hi,
I was googling this earlier but i never got a proper answer..
Im 15, ive had constant back and abdomen pain, a tender/hard stomach for a few years..
i havent been to the doctors because i already have strong pain killers (naproxen) for my back pain and ive gotten used to being in pain, (especially in the morning)
we all thought it was down to my deppression and my anxiety disorder but it never goes away anymore.
it ranges from a dull ache to sharp pangs/stabs of pain and a throbbing sensation..
it is constant and is stressing me out.
Im in so much pain right now, i feel sick :L
Please help because im getting worried..
any help would be really nice, even if u dont have much to say..

Where exactly in the stomach is this pain?

I’m assuming that if you haven’t been to the doctors then you haven’t been for a scan- it could be your appendix, gallbladder, kidneys a whole number of things. You need to have a scan!!!
