Pain, what’s it from?

Recently for about over two weeks i’ve been having severe upper middle abdominal pain, along with nausea and dizziness.
I’ve been to my doctor and he told me i have acid reflux but my symptoms have gone away. All that i’m getting is severe stomach pain right under my ribs in the middle, naseua, and discomfort when i eat, i also have no appetite what so ever.
please help me out i can’t take the pain, i was up all night because of it, i have moment where i can handle it and moments where i cry from it.
What do you think it is?

Well, you might still have acid reflux.
Call your doctor’s office and ask to speak to a nurse; tell her your symptoms now.
Try eating very bland low fat foods (cream of wheat, plain oatmeal) until you see the doctor. Or just eat jello and clear liquids. Stay away from coffee, tea, chocolate, spices.
I would expect the doctor to put you on medication, and maybe order some tests. They may take an X-ray of your abdomen, or they may do an endoscopy (put a tube down your throat to look at your stomach and small intestine).
You really do have to be seen, you could have an ulcer.
