lower abdominal pain dizziness
I’m sick, and I don’t know what’s wrong?
Usually I am a very healthy person. But I only get sick during summer. And yesterday, I woke up with a headache and sinus problems. Soon my stomach began hurting and I was tired. But today, on the first day of school, i began noticing more problems.
Symptoms:
Constant mucous, usually yellow
Severe Lower Abdominal pain
Dull Headache
Horribly achy muscles and lower back
Nausea/ Dizziness
Dry Mouth
Irritability/Fatigue
needless to say, it was very hard to concentrate today.
can anyone attempt to tell me what’s wrong?
