Two things:

1. The doctor cannot guarantee your wife is 100% fine. Mistakes and oversights happen. Tumors are serious and a sign that cancerous activity is happening in her body. To resolve this possibility, take her for a second opinion/diagnosis, preferably a gastroenterologist. A gynecologist visit may be needed, too.

2. She is psychosomatic and overstressed. She was used to getting attention and care when she had the stomach problem, so she can keep that attention by showing she is in pain. The pain may well be real to her, but could also have no direct physical cause. To resolve this, a therapist or psychiatrist may be best; or, trying to get her female relatives to talk to her (her mother and sisters, not yours).

Finally, for upset stomachs, ginger/aadrak tea is very good. Bhang improves appetite and settles the stomach, but this may not be appropriate for her. She must avoid caffeine, very salty or fatty foods as well as they are demanding on the digestive system.
