Hi, I am 35 y man, I got Pain in my Stomach upper part up tp my neck, I Lay down on Stomach it heals.Please?

Stomach Pain Occers not always, some times. now it happened after 3 months, I had check with doctor, Endroscope twice, and ultrasound, nothing comes in tests. and get medicine PROTONIX 40 mg, but no use on pain,
My pain Starts from upper part of Stomach and goes all the way up upto neck, too much different kind of pain I canot explain, and I Sleep on my Stomach and after 10 -20 minutes I feel Relex. Its been 3 years, Please help me to find right treatment.

Have you been checked for H. Pyloric Bacterium in your stomach? If you have it, two weeks on an antibiotic can eradicate it. And then over the counter Prilosec will heal up the ulcers. Sometimes an endoscopy does not show up an ulcer, they missed mine twice. The Vagus nerve connects the stomach to the spinal cord, and when you lay on your stomach, or your back, (I used to lay on a telephone book) it
numbs the vagus nerve for a period of time. Thus stopping the pain. The pain upper part of stomach to neck can be heartburn, caused by reflux, or sometime just heartburn.
Protonix never helped me, I would ask your doctor to first check for the H. Pyloric B. and then try Nexium or over the counter Prilosec. You have my sympathy, this can really hurt.
Doctors missed my ulcer, it perforated and dumped the contents of the stomach into the abdominal cavity and I required emergency surgery. I would change doctors, pain is always a warning.
