I was checked for kidney stone came back neg.

An elevated white cell count means you have an infection. Hematuria (blood in the urine) points to a kidney or bladder problem.

Back pain and suddenly gaining 35 pounds (which I bet is all water) point back to your kidneys. Congratulations, you have a kidney infection!

You need antibiotics. Badly. I don’t care what you have to sell or who you need to get a loan from but you need treatment.
