stomach pain flying
What is this severe lower stomach pain after swimming (intense)?
Everytime after my 200 fly, about 5 minutes after i am down i get severe stomach cramps. So severe i go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet and moan. They are JUST like period cramps except they happen when i dont have my period, and they seem a lot more intense. Sometimes it even leads to me puking. I know it could have to do with my breathing but ive been doing this event for years now and its only been happening since march, but i can expect it to come everytime now because it always happens.
It had happened in many different pools, pools that dont use chlorine but bromine also. And i have swam in the past 4 weekends and it has happened each time, so i dont think it has to do with my period.
As strange as it may sound, it may be the chlorine. You may not be toleratating it well. Allergies and intolerances can change as we grow, so you may not have noticed it before. You also might have an ovarian cyst in which the motion is agrivating
