I have been having medical issues with my stomach and abdominal pain?

I need to know if this is super bad or just a one visit ordeal. Lately I have been getting horrible pains in my sides and abdomen. The pain will only last a few hours and go for a few days and sometimes a few weeks before coming back. I have been feeling rather dizzy at times and have bloody stools. The blood is red, so i think it’s from a fissure. But i’m not sure if the two things are related.
oh, i’m on a sulfur medication at the moment for a staph infection from a spider bite. I’ve been on it since around the first of june.
the blood is bright red. I’ve done some reading and that means that it’s fresh, which is why i assumed that i had anal fissures.

How long have you had these pains? You say you are having horrible abdominal pain….that tells me you need to go to the doctor about this.

Is the blood in your stool dark or bright red? The color says a lot about what could be wrong.

Edit: You are right that bright blood is a sign of fresh blood, and it usually happens with hemmroids and anal fissures. However, your stools should NOT be bloody. If there is actual blood in your stool and not just when you wipe, and it is a decent amount of it then it’s more than likely more serious than fissures. You might want to visit a Gastroenterologist.
