upper abdominal pain epigastric
Why do I get diarrhea when my periods start? and upper abdominal pain?
by upper abdominal pain, i mean epigastric. it feels like it’s in the bowels. it’s like the discomfort you have when you’ve eaten something bad. but this tends to happen just after my period has started.
any info about this please.

but i don’t really think it’s because of nervousness.
hey stephanie, thanks for replying, but i think it’s a normal symptom that some women get and not due to a serious underlying problem for most of us… x
I get that too.
I’m pretty sure it’s normal, and mine usually goes away after about the 2nd day I’m on it.
I don’t really have any advice, I just usuaully suffer through it.
You might take something for the diarrhea though.
