Why am I getting abdominal pains?

Brief medical history, I am prone to depression, and always had stomach aches. A couple of weeks ago I started becoming EXTREMELY depressed, and irratable and tired and then one night I woke up wit stomach aches SO BAD, I also had dirroreah and was in hospital that night with pains and put on a drip with dehydration. I had some seperate tests done and that came back that I had a Urinary Tract Infection, but I have been too busy to pick up my antibiotics. Since, I have had stomach pains every single day, and today its gotten REALLY bad again. I can barely eat, I feel extremely tired, its all over, but mainly the right side of my lower abdomin, my stomach is hot and bloated. Help
Also, because I am on the contraceptive implant I am constantly on a heavy period which I think links to my depression recently.

Sounds like you have a UTI, fortunately there are antibiotic waiting for you somewhere. They don’t go away by themselves, that’s why your given a prescription.
