Sharp Abdominal pain and unable to pass stool or gas what could it be? serious answers only please!?

All last night i was in pain. I had a sharp, twisting, stiff horrible pain on center of abdomen and when touched it would hurt a lot, it then moved to the left, right, and upper of my abdomen, i felt like vomitting, but i couldn’t, nor pass stool or gas and when i tried it would hurt a lot. What could it be? Which doctor should i visit? should i visit a doctor? Are there some over the counter pills i could take to solve the problem? What do i do to ease the pain…i can’t take it any more please help

your probably constipated or impacted drink lots of water and move around see a doc also see a regular doctor or go to the er that stuff can get serious and they’ll tell you what to do
