I have been experienceing intense upper right abdominal pain for about a week now.?

The pain never seems to let up much. I have also had intense pain in both my wrists since this started. Not sure if they are related. However, my wife started having the same abdominal pain about 3 days after my pain started, and then about a day later, her wrists started hurting as well. She has also experience intermittent knee and ankle joint pain as well with this. Yesterday my 11 year old daughter started having the same abdominal pain, and today is now complaining of her wrist hurting, much like me and my wifes. I have had several tests for gallbladder problems which have all come back normal. Now with my wife and kid getting the same symptoms we are wondering if we have a virus, or some type of poisoning?? Any ideas???

I would suggest that you see your family doctor and have him run some blood work on each of you. There is something wrong, that goes without says obviously, and you do not need to go any longer without finding out what is causing this. I would not even begin to try to tell you what your problem is or tell you how to treat it. All I can advise is that you see a doctor that is going to do everything they can do to get to the bottom of this problem. If your family doctor doesn’t feel it is necessary to run the test then find another doctor. You must find out if you are being exposed to some kind of toxin that is causing this or if you all have some type of bacterial or viral infection that is causing this. I am sure this is unsettling to you and your family. I hope you find out what is causing this soon. Best wishes.
