Is these symptoms of an ulcer?

for the last week my stomach has felt like I have a ball of lead in it. It doesn’t hurt during the day so much as at night. Two nights I woke up with pain (in the solar plexus region). Antacid didn’t seem to help, but just getting up for about 10 minutes and having water did allow me to go back to sleep.
I’m not really stressed, but an ulcer is all I can think it is. It hasn’t bothered me in the slightest in the last two days. It’s not heartburn. I’ve had that and this is different.

All I know is you have less appetite on food. And pain if your eating food…
