Achy pain 2 inches above my belly button?

I’m really confused. Ever since Sunday i’ve had this achy pain around 2 inches above my belly button to just under my breast bones in a straight line, sometimes the pain goes straight up more into my chest area.
With it i’ve had chest pains, sorethroats, queeziness, little coughs and achy pain in my upper left abdominal area (stomach area) and it can be worser in the morning and after a meal.
It’s not servere but very irritating.
I’ve been taking Acid Reflux medicine for a day but it hasn’t gone yet, so now i’m not too sure what it is.
Should i see how it goes over the weekend? Cos i won’t be able to get a doctors appointment now.
I’m also a sufferer of IBS.
I’m 19.
Any ideas?

Sounds like your IBS acting up. Watch what you eat. If your that concerned go to the doctors when you can.
