lower right abdominal pains?

hi there i am 22yrs of age i have been experiencing sharp stabbing pains in my very lower right abdomen for the past couple of days this evening the pain had gotton worse and has spread across covering my whole very lower abdomen area iv been feeling quite light headed at times and very nauseus(no vomiting tho) … i have two toddlers which keep me on my feet allllldaaaayyyy so find it hard to have a sit down and just relax has anyone experienced anything like this and what was the cause and outcome all answers welcome and highly appreciated

The two important organs in the lower right abdomen are the appendix and the ovary (and fallopian tubes). Thinking of these, the possibilities include appendicitis, torsion of the ovary, ruptured ovarian cyst, an ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis ……

I suggest getting it checked at your local A & E.
