Why do I have terrible back chest and upper abdominal cramps??

The past few days I have had terrible pain in my back and upper abdominal area under my breasts. It is a cramping sensation, my entire back hurts and so does my chest I get the cramps in my upper abdomin and that triggers the pain in my chest and back, however I always have the pain in my back. I have no other symptoms, no tricky stools, vomiting, etc. When I take large breathes it doesn’t hurt but it feels a little tight. If I don’t keep my stomach full the cramps start and it is painful. Eating helped the pain at first but is starting to do less. Any ideas??? Neither tylenol nor advil helps the pain…

see a doctor. depending on how old you are and what gender you are it could be anything from ulcers to, if you are a women, heart problems. sounds more like ulcers progressing into a more serious situation. see a professional.
