Anyone had mid/upper left abdominal pain? how bout an ulcer?

ive been having unexplained abdominal pain in my mid to upper left abdomen for about 2 months. if you drew a line at about a 45 angle from my belly button until the line is about an inch from running into my breast bone, thats about where hte pain is centered. it comes and goes through the day, fairly low grade achey pain. went to the doc about a month ago and he said i probably just had a stomach bug. still hasnt gone away so im kinda starting to worry about it. i thought it might be an ulcer because the pain goes away a lot of times after i eat sometimes, but ulcers usually have burning pain i think (or is this what ulcers feel like?). im probably gonna go back to the doc this week or next week, but anybody have any ideas as to what it might be? its stumping me
by the way im 22 and in otherwise good health, antacids havent worked either

Sounds like gastritis…. I have it…
I feel bloated ,and dull pain in my stomach. and back aches sometimes…

If you had an ulcer you would have dark lamost balck very foul smelling stools indicating internal bleeding.

Pain Upper Abdomen may be due to Duodenal Ulcer
