Did anyone experience sudden back pain before contractions at all?
I’m having sharp pains shoot up from my lower back but no abdominal pain and my baby is moving quiet a bit. Could that be what’s causing my back to hurt so badly?

I did. Turned out to be back labor. However back pain in pregnancy is absolutely normal. It’s when it feels out of the norm for you,that is when you should talk to your doctor.
