Embarrassing problem, please help…?

Right, well yesterday I went to the toilet and was there for a while… my bum was in quite a lot of pain after. So today I’ve been on the toilet (not for urinating, the other function) 3 times. I had pizza at lunch where I felt fine. But then I started getting abdominal pains that were central and a teeny bit to the right, and an occasional shooting pain that went up my bum. I eventually made it to a toilet where I was there for about 15 minutes. When I was going, I had really bad shooting pains up my bum and abdomen was hurting. The poo was a little runny but not as bad as diarrhoea. When I finished the pan went, but now I have a pain in my left side parallel to just above my belly button. I think it’s a muscle pain cos it only hurts when I move or press it. Any ideas what it might be? Please only serious answers only as I’m embarrassed by this. Oh and I’m female, 22 amd otherwise healthy but maybe a little unfit.

everyone has the runs every once in a while even if you are healthy so this might have been a milder version
if it carries on for a while go and ask your doctor about it
