i have a thick, white discharge…?

i’ve been having a lot of lady problems lately lol i had to have an ultrasound done on my uterus and ovaries because i’ve been having severe abdominal pain, they told me i have a cyst on my left ovary and they need to do another ultrasound on my right ovary. ive been tested for std’s too so that isn’t the answer. anyhow, now along with the pain, nausea and fatigue i have a thick, white discharge. there’s no burning, no itching, no anything other than my abdominal pain and this discharge. does anyone have any ideas?? oh and im not pregnant either.

you need to find out where it is coming from.

it could be a symptom of the tumor, or something else.

but it needs to be considered by a doctor, that can perform a through pelvic exam.
