I have SEVERE abdominal pain.?

I’ve had this same pain for about a month. It started on my right side, i went and had it checked out, and it wasn’t an appendsitis. It’s a chronic pain, now in the center and left side of my lower abdomen. i also can barely eat anything or i get nausous (sp?). and all throughout the days i get this horrible pain that 10 times worse than before where i just want to barrel over and fall to the ground. i’m also bloated all the time. is there anyone who knows what it might be? i looked up online the symptoms of ovarian cancer,and all my symptoms line up with them. please i need some help. thanks

what kind of pain? is it dull? sharp? stabbing? or burning? do you feel pain on your back? maybe its your distal colon..
try to consult your doctor..im only a nurse but i can help in assessing patients..
