Abdominal Pains during Running Exercises?

Around 50-70 percent of the time that i run i get sharp stabbing pains in my abdominal region from the solar plexus down to around my belly button. I think it may be side stitches but im not sure. Help thanks.

So what are side stitches? Sounds like a name someone put on pains because they couldn’t figure them out any better than they did. To me it sounds like you have pinched muscles in your back that, when you run, are bounced into the nerves of your stomach which causes the stomach to pump more acid into itself which causes pains like this to happen, especially if they happen mainly when you are running. Here is how to release those muscles to get rid of that pain:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
