I have had Diarrhea since the past 5 days Loose stool with indigested food particles Appetite loss and no pain?
Let me be clear. I have no abdominal pain. Just loose stool and loss of appetite.
Could be a stomach bug that attacks your digestive system, which causes little to no abdominal pain. I recommend go and see a doctor to make sure its nothing more serious.
