Please help! Missed period, abdominal pain, Nausea, back pain, negative pregnancy test.?

I’ve been searching the internet but can’t find anything that fits my scenario. I just took a pregnancy test this morning, it’s negative, and I’m a week late. (It shouldn’t be a false negative at this point right?) But I have abdominal pain, back pain, very nauseous, haven’t throw up yet though, going to the bathroom more often, and kind of moody, thankfully it only seems to be in the mornings, after about noon I feel okay… I just want to know what’s going on, I work in retail and black friday is next week, I can’t be sick or I’ll lose my job!! Please help….
I’ve taken two pregnancy test, both came up negative.

Well there’s a lot of stuff that can be happening to you, so your best bet would be go to your doctor right away, because that symptoms worries me but I’m not trained enough to worry you for what i may be thinking so please go see your doctor =s
