1- Upper-left abdominal discomfort, irritation. (stomach, pancreas?)
2- left chest pain near surface coming from esophagus (this symptom doesn’t last more than a minute but comes with the first one)
3- slight feeling physical and mental fatigue (at times always with the first symptom) but I can do all kinds of activities, no prob
4- some anxiety and feeling that my mind is not working fully, properly. (this symptom is rare but goes always along with 1 and 3)
5- During the 1st symptom I burp a lot more than is normal.

I’ve had blood tests, gastroscopy all OK. Is it perhaps the vagus nerve being overloaded? Help I’m going mad!
Also, sometimes I feel like I need to eat to battle the fatigue. I think that the fatigue, is weakness from not eating sufficiently, although I do…
