left abdominal pain bleeding

I am 6 weeks pregnant. Now having left abdominal pain, back pain but no bleeding. A sign of miscarriage???
Not unless you get blood as well. Your body is changing, growing, stretching etc and all of these things are new to you, they will give strange sensations to your body. I have had 3 babies and each time I felt like I was having bad period cramps up until nearlly 4 months, but if you are concerned, always ask your Doctor, you can’t be too careful. Although an ultrasound might be useful to check it is not ectopic (in your tubes) this can also cause pain, best to see your Doc, no harm in asking to check all ok.
