I am 7 weeks pregnant and my cervix is hurting what is wrong?

I am bleeding more out of my rectum then my vagina and my cervix is hurting but I think its not a miscarriage not sure but I am not dizzy or there is no abdominal pain
I went to the emergency room and they said everything is fine but there is a sack but no baby

I think you should contact your doctor. Only they will be able to tell you what is going on…but it sounds like there is something going on with your pregnancy. Have you had an ectopic pregnancy before? I know that some spotting during earlypregnancyy is normal, and if you havehemorrhoidss, that could be the reason for bleeding from rectum.If I were you, I would go in to see my doctor.
