Stomach ache? help?

had some mexican food yesterday around 12 and my stomach started hurting at around 1, took a vicodin to help with my back pain that i had around the same time from golf. around 8 oclock the stomach ache got so bad it felt like someone was trying to rip it out. i was in a ball for about and hour and made myself drink some water. the pain slowly went away from the upper part of my stomach and i was left with the lower stomach. the pain radiates not in one specific area.but is tender to the touch. gone the bathroom a couple of times nothing special, im 26, dont drink much, and you got me on this one?

Why aren’t you at the doctor? I s’pose it could be a gastric ulcer which would probably hurt even more after eating pain killers ’cause it’s like you’ve got an open sore in your stomach lining or your small intestine that’s being irritated by the tablets you’re eating. If it is an ulcer the doctor might put you on antibiotics and something to stop the stomach acid burning your gizzards
You might also want to make sure it’s not appendicitis

You go see your doctor when you can straighten out
